Sculptor Gordon Gildersleeve maintains an active studio in Lexington, Kentucky, where he develops a wide variety of unique metal arts. Since receiveng a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Kentucky in 1991, he has worked to establish his own sculpture and design facility and has created a distinctive body of award-winning work. His sculptures and functional art, described by critics as "wildly elegant" and "full of vitality," are exhibited nationally in public and private collections, in both interior and exterior sites, including at Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY.
